Run a mile. Don’t stop, don’t slow down. A mile is the absolute minimum for fitness. Sure, there are always excuses (my legs, my back, my head, my stomach, my boobs), but none that can’t be overcome. If a man can go from leg and back braces and 300 lbs to running 10 miles, anyone can go to one mile.
