But like every diet approach it’s time we follow the money and call bloggers (including myself) to task. Food, eating, our daily diet, is too important to leave decisions about it to those who benefit financially or otherwise from our decisions. I am cool with people’s dietary choices. Don’t eat meat, fish, anything yellow and white, no capers, or refrain from eating gluten. It’s your decision. But just like religion and genitalia, don’t shove those in my face and don’t whip them out in public. Eat healthy. Eat what you think is healthy. And if you ever have to talk about it, make sure no one, especially not yourself, has a financial benefit from it. Because, you know, that really, really, diminishes the strength of your argument.
